I was diagnosed with periodontal disease several years ago. I was loosing bone mass in my teeth which could lead to eventually losing my teeth. I wanted to explore my options so, I went to see a conventional dentist and I also visited Palmer Distinctive Dentistry. The conventional approach involved surgery and perhaps bone grafting (which didn't work for a family member). At PDD they offer to treat the disease with an ozone therapy and other protocols. Too bad there is not a biological dentist in Columbia, SC as professional and outstanding as Dr. Palmer and his associates. The drive from Columbia is well worth it for the quality of dental care provided at Palmer Distinctive Dentistry.
Since I have been going to Palmer Distinctive Dentistry, dental cleanings are now nothing to dread. The office ambiance is lovely and calming, and the dental hygienists are pleasant, caring and professional, making every effort to clean clients' teeth thoroughly and gently!

Superb service, very professional, prompt, efficient, friendly and with surroundings that should be featured in a decorating magazine. The last one had me worried that the price would be high, but in fact, it was in line with others. What I liked most was not having to fill out endless forms asking the same questions. What I like the least is waiting so long to come here after a friend recommended it.
This was one of the best extraction experiences! Apart from the fact that this is a hollystic dentistry, everyone in the office is completely dedicated to the patient and has patient's wellbeing and comfort as a primary focus.
