Shout out to Palmer Auto Service for taking such great care of our 84 year old mother. Bobby Mack treats her like family, taking her to her volunteer job at Chelsea Hospital and picking her up, when her car is being worked on. He even has taken her car to a dealership for a recall for her. Gives our family peace of mind knowing our mom and her car are in good hands! We appreciate you so much! Friendly, honest, and fast!
Went to Palmer Auto Service and explained to the owner what I had to spend (not much). They did what it took to make me safe and even gave me estimates for what I should do soon, when I can. Hard to find an honest shop. Highly recommend and grateful Bobby got me in so soon.
I own a 2001 excursion I I recently broke my rear trailer hitch and quickly found no hitch company or camper place would touch the repair nor any service garage how ever Palmer auto service jumped on the job for me had it done in a day and caught some service repairs done wrong from previous shop I highly recommend Palmer auto service Bryan took care of me and my vehicle when everyone else was scared 😱 of the job! I needed an oil change that I had let go too long. I was given an expedited appointment early in the morning and was taken care of immediately--total time was even less than estimated. I am always happy with the care (almost five years how) given my car, and me, and would recommend the staff/service to everyone!
