My husband and I went “just looking” around while our Prius was in the service department. Little did we know there was a perfect, one-owner 2018 RAV4 waiting for us. Jon was our salesman. He worked with us to come up with a deal, which was made and followed up with Matt. Julian was very personable and explained all the options available to us with extended warranties. We said goodbye to our 2010 Prius, which we loved, not looking back. Happy new owners.
Great at selling cars, service not so much. Finally got a carwash so I hear. Wouldn't know for sure being they failed to wash my car. Also just not very friendly at all on that side, waited 25 minutes for someone to even approach my car, then was shamed for not having an appointment. Bought the car there and this was the 5th time we've been in never been appointment shamed before
My last oil change I was sent a coupon for 19.95 which was a great deal. I arrived for my 2:00 appointment early and I left at 3:45. A little long for a just a oil change. Not sure I’ll be going back unless I have a lot of time.
