Easy booking an appointment. Greeted with a smile when I arrived. Speedy service. Price quoted was accurate.no surprises at check out.
The service writer, Michael was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. one are the sales people, Duane was very nice and helpful as well. I also met Sara one of the salespeople people and she was very nice.
When making appointments let the customer know how much it will cost them. Or a estaminet price.
In the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area, Gettle is the best to work with on Service. On sales, we'll see. Regardless, I'll buy my next Toyota there due to good service. It's obnoxious that they never pick up when you call, but do get back to you eventually.
Friendliness of the service staff
We just had our 30,000 mile check up done at Gettel Chevrolet and we are very pleased with the results. I would recommend them to anybody in the area they certainly know their stuff
Had a great experience at Gettel Toyota of Charlotte County yesterday. They listened to my needs and wants for a new car and delivered! Got a great price, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend them if you are thinking about purchasing a new vehicle.
Have been pleased with our service appointments here but not happy with the service fee now imposed for paying via credit card. Also glad that there is now a car wash but I did not receive the wash as promised with my recent appointment.
