RecommendedBrought our RAV4 in for routine maintenance. Got in right on time, they got it done quickly, and was home in a flash. Super nice folks made it a pleasant easy experience. They didn’t wash the car which was disappointing but not a big deal.

I’ve been there twice for a recall and service. For the recall work we were never told until we got there, that it would take four hours. We received a rental car that we had to ask for because of the inconvenience and then that took over an hour to get. When we went back to pick up our vehicle when they said it would be ready, we waited another hour. Courteous, knowledgeable salesperson (Sara), not pushy. Good staff all around.
I called in advance for maintenance, appt for 1:00 PM. Arrived 15 minutes early and waited 2.5 hours, I was told it would take 45 min to hour. I don’t feel that is necessary. I have no complaints about the quality of the work, I give them five stars for their work!
