We were sold a one year old used car with a front end alignment problem that wore out our tires at 30,000 miles despite regular rotations. Apparently this is not part of the 135 point checklist. Yesterday I spent 6 hours in the waiting room while a new set of tires was installed and aligned. No updates at all, even when I asked. I was willing to take a loaner but was told they had the tires. I felt from the time I arrived that I was taking advantage of by your staff. I ended up paying for a broken stud after the did rotation of my tires when all I wanted was a oil change. The technical was bond and determined to charge more for something. After standing in his area for 20 or so minutes he said I needed $900 worth of work done. After telling him all I wanted was the oil change. He did mark on my ticket not to exceed $95. Ended up paying $342 just to get out of there.
