Steve is very accommodating and is very aware that I have issues with dental appointments and pain. I thank him for that understanding. I had a good experience today.
First time visiting Scott Sheppard’s office. Wow what a great experience. I’m no stranger to dentists and this experience was top rate from check in to leaving after exam.
I was in town for Indian Wells and experienced a dental emergency. I could not have been more surprised and delighted from the first phone call. Everyone in this office went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. I can’t thank you all enough for taking such good care of me while I was panicked and a long way from home. I will forever be indebted to you all for being so incredibly kind.
Presenting a possible gum inflamation, was quickly assessed and then reviewed in depth by Dr. Shepherd. In and out in less than 30 minutes.
I'm a MN snowbird and had a front crown fall out that had been done 14 years ago by my MN dentist. I called a CA neighbor for advice and he referred me to this office. They immediately took me in the next day and found the problem, explained the procedures to correct the problem, explained and quoted exact costs of everything needed, checked out my Medicare supplement for co-pay and found it paid a good part of it. I am due back in a week and will offer a report if they send this questionnaire to me. So far, fantastic staff.
