Steve is excellent. Very thorough, professional and competent. Always checked to see how I was doing during the Cleaning. Dr. Shepherd was excellent for the exam. He thoroughly examined my teeth and entire mouth. He explained the work to be done and why. The scheduler and financial assistant was very helpful in explaining the charges and was willing to contact the insurance companies to understand their payment policies. Thank you for a great experience.

Could not have been happier with my experience!! I arrived an hour before closing without an appointment after my crown broke off with most of my tooth. The office staff was incredibly welcoming and encouraged me to wait to see if I could be seen. Dr. Tom was amazing!! He carefully explained my options and then stayed an hour and a half past closing hours to complete the procedures (pulling out my tooth and doing a socket graft). He is a true professional. The staff and Dr. Shephard seem to always knock it out the par. The customer is always the focus. Knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and caring.
My cleaning visit with hygenist Cara was superb and stellar as always! She is the best in the profession. She is outgoing, kind, caring and compassionate, and exemplifies professionalism with her commitment to excellence!
From the minute you walk in the front door you can feel the positive energy. Caring and responsive people throughout the whole organization. I felt like I was in great hands with each person I came into contact with. A highly professional team.
