Simply put, I've never been treated so well by a dentist. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and very professional. i was told what was being done, why, and later was given ample opportunity to discuss the results and findings with my dentist. Wait time to be seen was less than 10 minutes - they even took me back to get started before I had filled out all the paperwork.

Dr Shepherd was professional, attentive and comforting in putting in a new filling. His assistant Sandra also was pleasant and professional. She took a lot of pride in her position. I never look forward to dental visits, however Dr. Shepherd does his best to make it painless.

From the first greeting when I opened the door, to the excellent service by Trish, to the parting goodbyes, it was like visiting friends. It makes my experience with the dentist something I look forward to.
