best restaurant ever – the blackened swordfish is the greatest. the seared ahi tuna is the second greatest. have eaten here for years and is worth every freakin penny. the service is second to none and the staff goes above and beyond to make your dining experience magical.

DEEELISH! a MANS restaurant!! – I finally went to the Palm to see if it could really live up to the reputation that it seems to have on so many new yorkers. AND IT DID 100%! Both my boyfriend and I work in the food and beverage industry..and have worked in various new york restaurants, so we know great food when we see it. and eat it!! he ordered the 28 ounce porterhouse steak..and i swear to god his eyes lit up when the old (and very unattentive) waiter brought it out. i ordered the 2 lb lobster because i knew i wouldnt be ... read more

Upscale steakhouse rewards high-profile patrons by immortalizing their likenesses in colorful caricatures. – In Short With its Italian-tinged menu and playful artwork on the walls, this national chain (which got its start in 1926) maintains a congenial atmosphere even as corporate patrons use company credit cards to pay for 36-ounce New York strips or jumbo lobsters. Sitting in dark wood chairs placed at tables topped in white linen, suit-jacketed gents and ladies sup on prime steaks, chops and hearty portions of classic Old... read more

Worst meal every had anywhere – Had reservation was seated about 20 min late. Place had a crowded sat at the bar had a drink. The drink was good and bartender was great. Was seated and service was slow right off the bat. No menu when seated, waiter went to table that was seated after us first. Order Tea and water that took awhile. Finally order or food i had chicken Parm. and my wife had Halibut with peppercorn. Food took a while which might explain why it was over cooked. My chicken was burnt on one end and hard and tough. ... read more

Hands Down!! – This place is amazing. The wait staff is very gracious and attentive. I was really impressed when we told the waiter it was our first time. We were "virgins" at The Palm. The manager came over and gave us a card, introduced herself, and gave us a free appetizer. As if that wasn't enough...the wine was excellent and the lobster was to die fore. Nice and juicy!!! Everything was absolutely the best down to the little figures drawn on the wall which gives it a playful atmosphere. You have to try it and so worth th... read more

best all around dining experience – i took my wife and her parents to the Palm for her birthday lunch and had one of the best meals of my life. the service was very attentive and personal. it was our first time dining there and they welcomed us with smiles and a round of cocktails. We ordered off the dinner menu, everything was brought out on time and was cooked perfectly. it was obvious they take pride in their business. Worth every penny.

THERES NO PLACE BETTER!!! – Superb!!! not much more that can be said. Took my family to eat there last night. I was inpressed by the professionalism of the staff from the moment i walked in the door. A warm greeting at the door. The waiter was quick whitted and made us feel invited. I was also impressed when he paid attention to my children and made them involved at the table. Jimmy was his name. He brought out a 6lb lobster for the kids to see, (which amazed us!!) Definately will be back SOON!!! Thanks To everyone at the Pa... read more

Best of Boston – My boyfriend and I recently went to The Palm to celebrate our 7 year anniversary. it was an excellent experience from the beginning. We were greeted warmly at the door, seated promptly, and spoke with our waitress immediately. The wine selection was diverse both in price and variety and the waitress was very knowledgeable. My boyfriend had a perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth filet mignon. I had Alaskan King Crab legs which were as long as my arm! The food was incredible from the soup and salad we started ... read more
