The office is very clean and the staff extremely friendly! My doctor was very thorough with making sure all my labs were up to date.
1st time coming to this practice as a new patient. i’ve been stuck in a constant anxiety attack for days due to my birth control. i see dr gilbert acevedo. he was the most rude, dismissive dr i have ever encountered. he wrote me a script to be able o pick up TODAY. i need relief today. he was very adamant on doing that for me. after i leave the office i go to my pharmacy and it’s not ready. i call the dr they say he never sent it in and he had to resend it so we left , an hour goes by we’re at home and i call again to check.... read more
I am so sad my insurance changed and I was no longer able to get care here. Luann is absolutely amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable. She has amazing bedside manner and is always looking and listening for what's best for me the patient. This is a really great office in south Lakeland. And if Luann is your provider you just really hit the jackpot. Thank you for being a great, safe and amazing medical provider. I have experienced my best care here and I will miss it.
