I have no problems is clean the pool is clean and I don't any loud music by me
Please stay away from this shitty place if you have any respect for self or your family. The worst place in Biloxi to move in.I had the worst experience with their management.Very rude, unfriendly and racist.Manager Irene Forsythe is the worst person I have ever met in my Life.The maintenance is a Joke and will never fix any of your problems.It's infested with German roaches & rodents. Everyday someone is blasting their music loud enough to vibrate my apartment. I have no idea where it's coming from. It's very distracting. I have a baby due in August and if it's going to be an issue then, then me and my wife will just go somewhere else.
It's basically an old folks home. $25 fee cuz I was walking my dog after 10pm and had to sit down cuz I am pregnant and I was having Braxton hicks. Then the old guys next to us and upstairs were stupid enough to complain about our radio being a little loud. And one old guy in a Mustang CLAIMS a handicap parking spot as his own when it's clearly first come first serve. Sorry. But 1 star.
