Theyy take your money promise you an apartment then want to give you one that is not the one you agreed with. When you say no they keep your money because you didn't take the one they wanted to give you!!!!
DO NOT DO IT, especially if you are military. I only chose to live here because it was cheap, and the only thing available that is close to the Seabee base. The manager, however, does not respect the military clause which states you have a right to leave if you give 30 days notice prior to PCS or DISCHARGE from military service. She tried to tell me that it is 60 days notice which is false and tricked me into signing a notice two days before my move out date when I was trying to schedule a move out inspection so that she can... read more
RecommendedThe management is very friendly and kind! Always greeted me with a smile. (: I moved in almost 2 weeks ago, I love my hard wood floors! <3 neighbors are kind, haven’t heard much of anything. I’d recommend this place, most definitely. (:

Does the tenants know that sex in the pool is not allow? twice we saw couples have sex n the pool. Call the police ha by the time they get here they are gone. How about putting some camera up.
