Can always get you serviced when needed. Experienced.
Bought a used car they was supposed to be certified but it was not had a bunch of problems they fix one only because service made money doing it. Never received one follow up call. Went and saw the new GM said he would call back did not. Have not even got my tag yet 4 months now. Beware sad service no follow up. They got their money and that’s about all they care about. Car was in sub standard condition.
I have purchased several vehicles over the years and I have never seen a dealership so disorganized. Redeeming qualities: The salesman (19 yrs old) was very kind The finance dept was able to find me financing And, they delivered the vehicle to me at my home (100 miles away from the dealership).
Service was excellent. John ( service advisor) was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Thanks John for all your help. A+ Service
