Courteous in dealing with an emergency situation. Was able to get my service done with minimal downtime
Have been here a couple of times only because it is the closest Jeep dealership. I'll be looking elsewhere as their service department isn't the most reliable. I've had 2 different jeeps in for service and both times had to being them back to correct the initial service. Another sticker is that this dealership does not have the Mopar Express Lane for simple oil changes and minor issues so you're forced to make an appointment.
Just made a purchase this past weekend and was the best car buying experience to date and I am almost 40 😳 everyone was very Helpful and the salesman Joel was Awesome 👏🏻 Very highly recommended
