Jorge was great! Got the Charger in very quickly and repaired an issue correctly the 1st time.
My car was shipped to Gettel Chysler after being broke down in Georgia for almost 4 months at another dealer. I picked it up and the engine light came on. I took it back and they thoroughly diagnoised the issue and fixed it in a few days. They were very friendly, helpful, kept me informed and knowledgeable about issue.
We always have good service from Gettel in Punta Gorda.
In to take care of a recall with my 2015 Jeep Compass. In and out in a very efficient manner. Service advisor John saw to my needs quickly, and was helpful the entire visit!
