Great experience today with my GMC Canyon. I explained the problem with the ignition switch, made an appointment for the next day. Problem fix and on my way today. Much better service than I ever got from Palm Auto Mall. Scott Kelly is very professional in his work and a pleasure to deal with.

I stopped by Gettel to see what cars they had in stock. I was interested in trading in my 2017 Buick Enclave on something smaller. My sales associate, Luis Vera. took his time and showed me what they had on hand and the differences in all of the features. My experience was really great and I really appreciated the courteous service I got from Luis.

I wont be coming back here. 2hours and car still hasnt gotten into garage for a damn oil change. I have never sat for more than 45 minutes at Faulkner Chevy in Pa. The people are nice here but that doesnt make up for over scheduling, understaffing, and greed!!! My time is valuable too and Gettel Chevy should be ashamed of the poor service!!! Poor experience for tge first time here!!!!
We talked to Scott Conklin who was very helpful. We stopped by just to look, had not planned on purchasing that day. We were very pleased with what we saw and the friendliness of all the staff. Scott showed us several Equinox models and answered our questions. He listen to what we thought we might like and showed us what was there. All went very smoothly and we were pleased.
