We bought a SATURN VUE 2009. Very disappointed a lot of problems like,NO IGNITION, NO POWER, THE KEY STUCK I CANT GET IT OUT!i thought buying it from a dealership especially Gettel is safer compare to an individual person! From May to September the car is in and out from the shop!

I personally don't recommend anything. I bought a brand new truck from them nothing went right from the service department to The Body Shop to the front desk. Had to file a lemon law a report with the Better Business Bureau. So they decided to buy the truck back in the guy in the front office couldn't even get the paperwork Send over before the deadline. The experience all the way around was just crapy. Plus I caught them in lies numerous times on things they said they did in they never did. So all I can say is definitely sh... read more

Palm wasnt the best but gettal has ruined the place. Management that dosent do there job to service. Never the same people when you go.
