I recently made a purchase of a 2018 Chevy Colordo. An unfortunate set circumstances (totalled 2016 Colorado) and a friend that works there enticed me to look on the lot. Sales staff were great made my purchase seamless with transfer of tags and the myriad of documents that ensue. Also acknowledging of my Military status made the experience palatable. I've read some of the reviews I didn't get that vibe of staff not engaged. It's a place business and focus. Again I would recommend to friends and family.

I was looking online at GMC Denali Terrain prior to 4/2 (discounts ended then). Through a car shopping app, Gettel received my info. They wanted $40k while Fort Pierce/Orlando/Tampa/Miami were all $31-34k for the same cars. I emailed them back asking for a price match and said I would come sign papers immediately. They emailed me, again, with advertisement for $40k. Okay, they won't drop their price...no big deal. Not impressed since Gettel took over. Only seems like Fred is the only one that cares. Pretty bad when you leave a voice mail on service managers phone and he tells you he does not listen to the messages, his staff does. As upset as i was, you would think he would have called me back. Guess again he does not care.

I came in for a regular service and a concern of a possible fuel leak due to hitting the undercarriage on a road hazard followed by high fuel consumption. I told the check in gal the whole story and also told her that there was no evidence of fuel leakage on the ground and that testing would have to be done with the engine running as it was most likely a pressure leak.
