Been with them since 2010, it was Palm Automall,. It used to be happy to be there but not anymore. The staff used to be nice and friendly but not now ,Unfriendly front office now, woman who take care customer (read :me)to check in to receive the service was no intention to help me, took me and checked my name on comp and told me that guy next to her could help me, after I felt weird about it, she said oh you just want to do oil change, come here I could help you.... gee... not asking if I wanted to routate the tire or not. I bought my new Impala Premier from Gettel. As with any car purchase, the pro Evs's took some time, the salesman, Rich; sales manager, Jason and the finance manager Sergey were great. They worked with us to accomplish our goals for the sale and went to great lengths to over come some unusual situations due to out of state issues. The integrity of everyone there is of the highest standard. Thanks to all of the friendly staff.

My sales person was Scott Conklin and I could have not asked for better service. Walked in showroom at 10:30 a.m. and traded an older car for a 2018 Impala and took it home at 3pm. Scott was very helpful, polite and took the time to explain all the new features offered. Very pleased so far!

I just purchased 2018 Equinox . Ray Landry was my salesman . The full transaction was completed in 5 hours including looking for which vehicle to buy ,trade in and meeting with Serge the finance guy . I am very satisfied with the SUV [ first one] . Ray was accommodating and professional and able to answer all my questions and concerns . I hope when i need to use the service department that it will be just as satisfying.
