RecommendedIgor did a great job servicing my Highlander. He was very professional and friendly. I appreciate him taking a minute to explain exactly what services I have left under my warranty without having to ask, and that he mentioned my tires are about 1/2 way worn out so I have plenty of time to budget for that expense. The wait was a bit longer than I expected, but the waiting room was so nice and comfortable that I didnt mind too much.

RecommendedContacted ED for an internet sale, dealt with a salesman, Jeremiah, the manager and finance guy. All good, fair price and easy transaction. Issue with the car resolved immediately. I would go back. Last purchase was from Audi Ft. Lauderdale much better off buying a preowned luxury car from these guys. Actually an honest dealership, very hard to find.
Absolutely terrible experience buying a car from here.. couldn’t get price where I could afford and told them very nice that and was told “let’s not be ridiculous your not leaving over 75 dollars” well guess what you most definitely lost my business now because you do not talk to someone like that. Have respect of the person you are dealing with!!! 75.00 wasn’t coming out of there pocket was it?
Waited 3 hours get our oil change completed even with a 9am appt. They didn’t align the tires after rotating them and said it was an additional cost to align them so we had them just put them back as they were. They were annoyed when we refused buying new tires that they suggested and then handed over the keys while pointing to a general direction stating the car was over there.....the car wasn’t even there. Finally got the car with it’s crappy wash job. Will not return.
RecommendedEveryone here is family. Wouldn’t buy and service my car anywhere else. If you haven’t checked out the new dealership it’s a must! It’s a state of the art building with a barista and enough outlets to charge all your appliances! Highly recommend
