I am giving this a one star because it's required to have a star however if it was up to me this TOYOTA location would get -5 stars. I was called by Donald in the service department to schedule an appointment for my 15,000 mile maintenance. He urged me to come in at 11:30am for an open spot. However, once I arrive there they ensured me the maintenance would only take thirty minutes and that there would be no need to get a "loner rental" car. I tried to contact this dealership about a truck and they responded. They responded by jacking up the price $2500.00. When I asked if we could lower it back down I was given no response and later in the day they text me to tell me they sold the vehicle I was interested in. I was just worried about the covid and wanted to go contactless but apparently these shady characters wanted to make me come there to make the deal. I’m besides myself at how these guys are still in business. Buyer be ware!!!

the salesman that I talked to on the phone was rude, apparently nobody is removing the cars that they've already sold from the internet. Is this a bait and switch?
Due to recent experience from another dealership S---ru I went in thinking, their not going to give me the same respect as they gave a man. Uton Brooks was amazing.. He worked with me until I was satisfied and that wasn't easy.. Thank you Uton.. And I also want to give a shout out to Ritchie he worked hard getting the numbers right.. I will highly recommend Palm Beach Toyota. NO BS!!!
