Saw a pre-owned car online at the dealership. CarFax price posted was inline so I took a look. Dealer gave me a slightly lower price, explained everything in detail, did not attempt to charge an additional certification fee like another dealer did and was totally upfront about anything additional over the phone. The best dealer in West Palm Beach
In regard to the salesman (Michael G.) and the whole buying experience, this was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had in 40 years. Everyone was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. This was more like buying a car from your brother - seemed like a family exchange instead of a contentious battle. The car was delivered to me in PERFECT condition - not a spot or flaw on it. Ultimately, the bottom line is I will be back for more in the future.
