My leased Avalon's first service at 5,000 miles, the customer waiting room is amazing, free coffee, free fruit, free bagels w/cream cheese, free donuts, free fast wi fi, had a 9:40 am appointment, nobody worries or pesters you, car was ready quickly, no charge.
We just purchased a new 2017 Tacoma truck at Palm Beach Toyota over the weekend 11/11/17 it was very nice buying experience. Our salesmen Majed was professional and easy to work with. The service department did a great job installing our running boards on are new truck and Sherrmond Lewis in service was excellent.I also dealt with Melissa in parts and she was wonderful ordering me my new floor mats. Great experience at Palm Beach Toyota. Our salesman Selim was awesome. He really went out of his way to make sure we were happy, even after the sale. He personally ensured we received our running boards and texted me with updates on their arrival. The service department is also very good. All around a great dealer. Definitely recommend.
I've always gone to Delray but decided to go here since it's close to home but never again! They tried charging me for a messed up tire when they're under warranty & kept telling me no and that they couldn't seal! Delray Toyota fixed it and I was in and out while it took forever here and I only had them check where the nail was since I couldn't find it smh
