Ed Osborne was great! They honored the OTD price they gave me over the phone the day before . It was a great experience. Overall ecstatic about our new car and most of the amazing price!
Be aware of false advertisement!!! Before you sign anything make sure you read the vehicle description they post on their website and that you are receiving everything written there. Don't believe in promises that they will give you anything the next day, even if they do it in writing. They have their ways to state their promises on paper and you will get screwed no matter what.
Customer service is awful, even higher up. Instead of acknowledging the issue and resolving it they proceeded to accuse the customer of the wrong doing when the person making the accusation wasn't even present. But I'm glad my friend was on the phone when the request was made. All in all the worst experience.
