I experienced great professional assistance from Frank DiMatteo. I was devastated to find out he is no longer employed there. My husband and I were going to each purchase a new 4-runner from him. We have taken our business elsewhere.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of buying a new Rav 4 from Travis Kreischer at Palm Toyota. He made it such a pleasant experience. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Within a short time, we came to an agreeable price and an hour later I drove my new Rav 4 home.He spent time showing me all the features available on my car. He even was kind enough to help me return my rental. I would strongly suggest using him if you have the opportunity. Never before have I had such a stressless experience as I did with Travis
Horrible customer service, their tires for life promo wasn't worth the bs. They don't tell you when you're due for certain service to keep the tires for life and then expect you to pull $300+ out of your rear end. Brought my car for an oil change once and the didn't close the hood of my car so if I drove home on the interstate my hood would have flown off. These people are worthless and they would be the last place I go to buy a car or for service on my car.
We have bought MANY cars throughout the years and we always dread the hassle and time it takes. We went here and Frank DiMatteo was THE BEST!! In fact, we bought 2 cars from him! I will refer all my family and friends to this place!!!!
