The best part about staying at The Palace is they are a smoke free casino!!
This is one of the best casinos along the Gulfcoast. First because it is smoke-free and secondly it is well maintained. There are some others that are questionable. Regardless, I didn’t say here but have gambled here and highly recommend it.

I was there last spring in March. Had a wonderful time. Customer service was outstanding. A greeter @ every door. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Food was great
We always enjoy our stay!! Love the smoke free casino. Rooms are wonderful and the food is great.
We normally come down to Biloxi at least 2 times a month and this is one Hotel I will definitely not be staying at again. The check in clerk "Jaclyn" was horrible, unprofessional and rude. We contacted booking online and the gentleman was very sympathetic and offer to contact the hotel to get this taken care of, to his suprise the manager informed him they are aware of the situation and will not be doing anything to rectify it, he felt so bad about the whole thing that he decided to mail us a valcher for our next stay at a h... read more
