Home away from home! Through the years C.L and I have met and connected with others who choose to come to the Palace Casino Resort. Several reasons include Southern hospitality, Great Food and Caring employees who "go beyond" to assure their guests are cared for properly!
Work on customer service and the experience would be a lot better.
We stay here for 4 days and I have never been so disappointed. The first thing that happen is we went to the pool area and rent a gazebo. The gazebo comes with a fruit basket and drinks. We never received our fruit basket until we were getting ready to leave. The gazebo was filthy. The refrigerator had not been clean in months. We spoke to the Manager George who is probably the rudest person I ever spoke to. George told me if I didn't like it then go stay somewhere else. I told him to give our money back then we would. I go frequently I think the buffet is awesome and when it's closed I have other options to eat I can feed me and the person I'm with on my players card I wish they start back giving free night stays
Loved the smoke free casino. The food, service, & staff were wonderful. We will for sure be back.
