We love the Palace Buffet. Jennifer and Teresa make us feel special every time we go. The food is excellent. I’ve never been disappointed. I highly recommend you go. We always request Beverly and Norbert for our servers. They know what we want better than us. Lol

The staff were all friendly and our room was spacious and clean.
They "nuked" the hot tub. Gotta find a new place to stay
Very nice place Clean and smells good, thank you for the no smoking policy. Drink service a little slow at slots but fast at tables. Buffet food was delicious but again getting seated was very slow. Pool area was very nice and service was great. Will definitely be back.
Not good service at all spending 500 ! Don’t even offer any water
I was told that you guys didn't offer transportation service to the coliseum when I made reservations, but when I arrived, I found that you did offer this service, but you had to make a reservation 72 hrs in advance, which I was too late for me. After the rain, the parking lot became a pool, with a gutter draining right into it. No food delivery service at this facility, mediocre casino, facility looks dated, very unsatisfied!
I had the "Best" X the Food was Awesome ! Won some & the gift shop had some good stuff which I left my purchase on the Bus hopefully I can retrieve it !!
Was great. Treated very nicely. Had the rooms ready early for us. Dinner Buffet was out of this world. Loose machines.
