Nice smoke free and very clean
Word to the wise. If you get to the buffet line at 3:50, you are in for a treat. You can buy the lunch buffet but you only have 10 minutes to eat it because you can’t touch the dinner items. They can’t ring you up for the dinner items and just let you start until 4:00. Loyal customer since the Palace opened. Player’s club member. Won’t be back until they get their act together.
Workers and customers are very rude, and try to make u gamble the way they do, while making there own rules as the game goes on.
We are on our honeymoon and I’m so happy I came to this place all employee are very nice bed comfortable sleep like a baby very clean and quiet and omg the food is sooooo good and it’s not to expensive keep up the good work
Always have a great time. Clean. Great food, Great drinks. Great Service. Great gaming. My favorite Casino in Biloxi.
The beds are horrible. I woke up with my back killing me.
Very satisfied with the smoke free casino! Also this last time we came it was our 22 wedding anniversary & they had balloons & chilled champagne waiting in our room when we got there!! Very special!!
Good food at Mignon and the quick pastry cafe. Room and view were great, we go once a year for a long weekend with a group of friends, always have a good time, and no smoking is a big plus. Staff, especially Valet/Bellmen Eric and Jamie are awesome and very helpful.
