Even though my visits are due to my disability and being in severe pain every day I'm always greeted by a friendly face Tiffany checks me in (sweet as pie) then my Fabulous PA Heather comes in evaluates me and takes care of me and always gives me great advice and is so caring and wonderful and then it's my turn to see Krystal, Heather's MA who is professional courteous and always smiling!! I have been going to the pain management clinic since 1997! Have always had good experiences with my dr group over there. I have been coming and going from Slidell,La every 3 months for my maintenance meds, and we are moving back to round rock,for good in august!

I see these glowing reports and I can't imagine what must be wrong with me. I might have experienced compassion once, but the doctor didn't ask about my experience with the drug he chose. Its been a nightmare. Is it because I am old? Is it because I've been dealing with pain for 30 yrs? I'm worse than a number. They seem to dislike me. We got off on the wrong foot and it appears they think I'm to blame.
I have been a patient at Capital pain for almost ten years now. Can always count on a welcome and a smile from Tiffany. She's the first person you meet when you come into the office. I've not only see her interact with patients but her coworkers as well. She always helpful to her coworkers as well. Please don't let her go. Coming to Capital Pain would not be the same without her.
Absolutely the worst experience. Do yourself a favor and stay away from going here.
I am treated very kind by Yvette when I go to my appointment and she makes sure to get me in and out quickly because I'm usually on my lunch break always greeted with a smile. Makes going to the Dr not so bad
