All I can say is that he really listens to me as a patient. He is the unicorn in the land of doctors because he listens and hears you. That is a major component on the road to pain relief. CPI needs to get their stuff together when scheduling and canceling appointments. This is the second time that they have screwed up my appointments and it is VERY frustrating.
RecommendedHad the pleasure of visiting CPI and Dr. Desai this week due to a back injury. The friendliness, care and patience of the staff was refreshing despite all the exhaustive, albeit necessary COVID precautions. This was my first back injury and first experience with a spine specialist. I arrived feeling down and reluctant but left feeling heard, encouraged and hopeful. I look forward to my next visit!
