Ive been a patient of Dr Haro for some years now and I would like to express my gratitude to entire staff. I recall in 2002 I had 1st consult. Later the Epidural injects and several other procedures. He really knows his stuff, nothing but 100% after each treatment! Thank you Staff and Dr Haro & PA's.
I have been going to Capital Pain for 4 years. The staff is always pleasant. I see nurse practitioner Tara. She is always on time. She has excellent bed-side manner, is patient with my questions and concerns and feel blessed to have her as my practioner. Dr. Shocked is also excellent, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.
I've been seeing them since 2011. Doctors and staff are extremely caring and professional. They work WITH the patients to find the individual treatment plan. They know "one size" does NOT fit all!!!
I have been going to Dr. Higinbotham for years because of my back. He has come up with some innovative solutions, other than just medication, to deal with pain. The staff there is always friendly and makes sure that they respond to refill requests, referrals, and medical equipment orders very quickly. I have tried many other offices and I would not trade Dr. Higinbotham or Richard with any other health/pain clinic, they have always taken great care of me.
Best place in the whole world. You just don’t find Doctors that actually CARE about their patients any more. It’s unheard of to be treated with kindness, respect and above and beyond always.
i talked with Willaim twice and got no where with the insurance companies work with your group.. can i get an answer sometime or somewhere??
