Ben R. the "receptionist" is a has no reception skills and acted like a 2 year old. Isn't capable to collect paperwork making booking an appointment impossible. Will never go there if that is how they treat their patients who are in severe pain.
This place is awesome !! Everyone from Ben at the desk to LaErica have the up most respect for those that come in !! The abuse they take from some is uncalled for just sayin !!! I thank you all for your service to me
I hope they can get their insurance issues fixed tomorrow. 1:30 in the morning and awake in severe pain and can't go anywhere else because of the rules regarding pain meds.

I FELT LIKE IF I WAS IN A DRUG PROGRAM. THEY NEEDS SOMEBODY COME DOWN ON THEM BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR PAIN.THEY TALK TO PEOPLE LIKE THEY AIN'T SHIT (EXCUSE MY MOUTH)BUT THAT IS HOW IT IS.
