Very understanding. I just started there, however I feel very confident after one visit! I am super weary of pain management in Erie! But this outfit seems pretty kool!!
They are great . Explain everything in a manner we understand . Nurses are great . Chad is awesome .
We parked in the South lot and walked to the office. Its a far walk, if walking gives you trouble like me currently. That might the worst thing. I was 20 or 30 minutes early and they got me started right away. Chad, the NP, did a WONDERFUL job explaining what I actually had going on in my back with my herniated disc. He explained it great details but simple enough I would understand. He also explained the plan for recovery and what he wants to do in great detail. VERY happy. Thank you!
