Since 2014, our apartment flooded with septic water four times. This time was the absolute worst. Outside of large holes in communication between the Matinence team (who usually do their best) and the management, our issues like flooding and mice infestation (not an exaggeration, also we are very clean) take a long time to solve. It really sucks that I cannot give my rent check to somebody in the office a day before the rent is due and they won't except the check until after it's late what the hell?
