ROACHES, ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT move here unless you are prepared to share your apartment with roaches. I have several outstanding maintenance requests with one possibly resulting in MOLD! Katie the office manager, accused me for the infestation for "poor housekeeping" because I had dishes in my sink after preparing large dinners for my family. She's condescending and when you ask for written communication, she's polite and "attentive". Save yourself the headache!
Air conditioning has been broken for 2 days now and we have been told both days that they will send a vendor to repair it and a floor unit to keep the apartment cool until then. Office management will do nothing they promise until a situation has escalated unnecessarily, blaming others or poor communication rather than accepting responsibility and taking the time to make sure an issue is resolved. Still waiting for anyone to show up, still waiting for that floor unit.
Great staff and friendly environment. Only problem is there needs to be assigned parking . I pay all this money in rent and have to park in the street! It’s not fair that one family has 6 cars and they are all home by 5 to take all the closest spots. My 80 year old grandmother has to walk all the way across the lot to get home!
We love this place! It’s a great community and the leasing office and maintenance staff is attentive and helpful. We have 2 dogs that love it too! They just built a dog park that is seriously so nice!! Definitely recommend Padonia Village apartments!
Mice, mice and more mice! Big ones, little ones and more in your apartment. Horrible parking, pet waste throughout the community (stepped in a big pile of crap twice) and the management care more about contests/holiday parties to present better living.
This has been one of the better places we have lived. Everyone is friendly and Padonia is very responsive to concerns.
There needs to be something done about the large dogs and their owners leaving the waste for people to step in!!! Playground for kids is really old and seems to be falling a apart in some areas. Playground area seems unkempt. Parking is really bad and management should limit how many vehicles one apartment can have. Residents pay too much money to live in a half kept community. Also upgrades should be made if your apartment is older.
