Lived there for almost 2 years, the apartments themselves aren’t bad but the maintenance team while friendly is horrible at their job. In that time the pipe under the kitchen sink fell off 7 times, also had the light in the closet fall from the ceiling 3 times. All they would do is band aid it till the next time it broke. I lived in Padonia Village for just under 2 years (10mo lease + 1yr lease) and only had a pet in the apartment for the last 9 months of living there. The location of Padonia Village and its amenities are great. The buildings are decent but could definitely be better managed when taking into account the cost of rent. This apartment will add hidden fees without letting the resident know. The management is horrible they are very rude and will not speak to you unless it is in regards to money. When we first moved in the apartment was a complete mess. Walls were cracked and weren’t taken care of. The fridge was broken and didn’t work. The toilet was broken too. The apartments themselves are fine, though a bit dated, but I'm glad to hear that Kevin Stahl no longer works in the leasing office. The online rent payment system is confusing to use, and apparently extremely outdated. I had thought that I set up automatic payments for rent, but apparently you need to click "confirm" multiple times. As a result, my rent payment wasn't processed on time because I thought it was being taken care of automatically. Would NOT recommend moving here!!!!!! Unless you want to be scammed out of your security deposit to replace carpet that was never damaged in the first place I would skip them! Me and my roommates moved out of our apartment after 2 years and left the carpet SPOTLESS. We later found out that they took all of our security deposit to replace the carpet and we still owe money !!!! The carpet could have easily been steamed and would have looked brand new. Yep, recommend Padonia Village, great place to live! The Maintenance team is headed up by a fellow Veteran and the whole team is awesome! Tonight, several apartments were affected by sewer issues and these guys responded quickly, took care of the problem, knocked on the door when they were done, used bleach to clean up, and asked, “Was there anything else they could do?” Absolutely the best! Thank you all very much for all you do!! Very much appreciated!!
