Friend of mine lives here and they won't do anything about the bug problem in the building. Literally has bite marks from terrible conditions.
The apartments have roaches and black beetle bugs. Not fun
My daughter is currently dealing with the same situation mice infestation and they don't want to hear the word infestation. Having pest control to come out only on Thursday is not providing treatment upon residents request it's just putting residents on the list for that Thursday to put down sticky traps. So imagine girls in an apartment and finding a sticky trap with a mouse alive. Do not rent from here because having mice infestation is unacceptable way of life. Terrible place to live. I was so hopeful in moving here I heard such great things but none the the expectations were lived up to. There is a rodent infestation that they refuse to address properly. The trash is at the basement of each building and there are many holes and flaws on the building itself (is easily missed at first glance). I believe the mice are traveling through the walls and digging into apartments. My unit alone has been through countless rodents. We never even fully moved (furnished) in because of this issue... read more
