I was glad to have the wisdom tooth taken out, it was killing me with pain. Thank you for not making me wait for the oral surgeon.
I had an appointment at 3pm and I was not seated until 20 after. Then I waited another 20 minutes to get my X-rays and the assistant didn't even know what I was getting done. By then I had waited 40 minutes. I left before they can do anything to me because I was already frustrated by then. I didn't feel confident that they knew what they were doing. And they didn't respect my time.
I have never had blood flying everywhere during a dental cleaning before. I will never go back!
It was only my second visit, so I really don't know much about this dentist yet.
Waited for a very long time.
During my cleaning, I was poked in the lower frenulum with the plaque-picker, and it left a small hole. It's been five days and the tear has only gotten larger. I've started treating it with an oral antiseptic, and the pain is less intense now. I still have pain when I turn my lower lip out, and also when I eat.
Would love to have a movie to watch as you do dental work! Dr Sameer was fantastic. She was very calm and made you feel safe. I would go back to her in a heartbeat.
It was a very pleasant experience, even from when I first called to make the appointment. Your quality customer service is much appreciated!
The staff made me feel coftable.
