explanations were very good, especially in lieu of the bad news. however, I didn't know I was going pay for the remainder of my life for the chemo or radiation from tongue cancer. I was impressed with Dr. Riani and his taking the time to explain my situation and the corrections needed to repair the damage. I was shocked to hear the amount of money it would take and am trying to come to grips with it and figure it out. Danielle was excellent as well in reveiwing the calculated cost.

Everyone was very kind and offered clear explanations of what they were doing.
All in all it was a good visit as far as the people were considered. Going to the dentist is never what I would call a pleasant thing.
The lady who did the zoom whitening for me was very attentive!! I appreciated that!!
I really liked your hygienist. She was incredibly sweet. That was the only plus. I was told that I had tartar build-up and gingivitis -but never shown pictures of how the Dr. came to that conclusion. Using the red-dye pills would help by educating me. I was given no explanation other than to not worry that it's reversible and need a deep cleaning and medicated rinse for $90. I later found out that the reason my insurance doesn't cover the rinse is because there is no evidence that it helps. I feel like I have excellent oral ... read more
fast, friendly, and courteous. minimal pain. very nice people
This was the absolute worst dental experience of my life. After waiting 45 mins to be seated, it took another 30 to finally get my x-rays read. After sitting around for another45 mins i finally got up and walked out. I didn't recieve my teeth cleaning, and I felt the dentist was bogus with his findings.
