They called to ask if they could come a little early, and that was no problem, better to have more drying time and we were ready. The tech showed up and was quick and efficient about the final quote, friendly, and helped me out by adding an area rug to the quote as well. (And he draped it over the railing on the porch when he was done with it, what a guy!) Andrew was on-time, explained the process to me, professional yet personable. He hooked up a fan to start the drying process while he loaded up the van. He even reconnected my hose to the facet before he left. Carpet smells good & looks great. Nice Job!
