RecommendedI am very happy with the work Andrew did today cleaning all my carpeted areas. He was very thorough, he caught all the stain spots and did an outstanding job cleaning. He explained everything about the process. My carpet looks almost new and my house smells very clean. The best job I have seen from a carpet cleaning business. I will call PacificSteam the next time I need their service.
I have used Pacific Steam three times because of their expert professionalism, very reasonable quotes, efficiency, attention to detail (large fans to hasten drying, corner guards, instrument measured square footage). Each time Nick, owner, or Andrew, brought my 37 year old carpets back to like new quality. It is miraculous. Just when I think they need replacement, I call Pacific Steam and I save $$$. Pet stains which I could not remove with concerted home shampoo techniques, just disappear. The new look lasts too.
I love everything about Pacific Steam C.C! This was their second visit to our home. Blessed to have Andrew at the helm once again. Andrew is a Gentleman, and very knowledgeable at his craft. Nick, the owner is spot on with explaining the details prior to my booking. Straight forward, dependable and a joy to have clean our cream colored carpets! Awesome job, carpets look like new. Andrew was able to remove stains in the diningroom & hallway that I never would have believed could possibly come out. Can't wait to have them come back & do more rooms and porcelain tile in kitchen.
We were very happy with our recent experience with Pacific steam carpet cleaning. Ben contacted us when he was on his way to our house. The cleaner techs were very good about using protective booties and face masks. He measured our rooms and quoted the price before he started the work. He did a very thorough job. They answered all of our questions. I felt like they really cared about doing a good job for us. I would definitely recommend this company.
