I think it was Ben who cleaned my carpets. The dispatcher kept in touch with me by text as I don't hear well. I was updated when Ben was on his way. He was calm and competent and worked to find me the best price. I was able to just leave and know that my house would be clean. The carpet appears to be spotless now and the house smells wonderful. Thank you for doing such a great job during a stressful time of moving.

We always use them for our rental turnovers. The carpets look great when finished, they are fast, reasonably priced and easy to work with. Never a complaint from the new tenants.

They cleaned the carpets and after.....the carpets looked like new again! No more doggie smells either! GREAT JOB, would highly recommend Pacifc Steam!
Fantastic! Our tile floor was quite dirty after 15 years of use, especially the grout, despite constant cleaning by us and our little robot. The guys came in, and in two hours (big area!) had it looking like new, with the grout resealed. True to form an entire pot of coffee overflowed the coffee maker and ran on to the floor two days later, but it cleaned up leaving not a trace, due to the excellent sealing job. We couldn't recommend Pacific Steam any more highly.
