RecommendedWe hadn't had our carpets cleaned for ten years and with pets, wanted to try people with integrity. Andrew, and his assistant, Ben, did an wonderful job! The carpets are several shades lighter and the pet stains came out. They paid attention to detail, placing chairs on small pieces of foam and plastic squares under metal rollers so they wouldn't rust. The bill came $40 under the actual quote that we received on the phone. I feel like I've got a new carpet! We'll definitely do this once a year from now on!
Once again Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning has knocked the ball out of the park. Prompt, thorough and professional. Andrew did a terrific job. One hour to pretreat and clean family room, living room, dining room and 2 hallways. Very pleased.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! I had Ben and Andrew and they clean a couch I bought off of Craigslist and it looks brand new! Not only that but they were also able to right away on Monday after I left a message on Sunday. This is the best service I have experienced in Portland. I'm SO grateful for them and they did a really spectacular job getting out spots, animal stains, and making look brand new! Thank you! Miracle worker!

We have used Pacific several times over the past few years, and to be honest, their customer service and work seem to have continually improved! They’ve always been good, but they’re even more responsive and thorough now. We have them clean our area rugs and upholstered furniture 1-2 Times per year routinely. But recently we’ve had a huge kitchen remodel done and several smaller projects too - the rugs/furniture were quite dusty and dirty despite our best efforts. These guys are the best! Andrew and Nick have always done an amazing job and have never failed to get a stain out. I have a lot of emergency calls and they come every time within 24 hours. I would recommend to anybody looking for a superior carpet cleaning service
