Great service. Great staff. I'm happy I got all four of my wisdom teeth at this place.
So many issues with this place including using iodine on my skin in my private areas when I'm allergic to it it's on my file that I'm allergic to it and they gave me a really nice chemical burn and see a urologist and they tell me blood in your urine ok???? Just because the scope showed my bladder ok doesn't mean blood in urine is ok? Take my daughter there and she's 13 and one of the doctors tell her that she has the right to make a lot of her own decisions because she's 13 and when she's 14 she's going to be able to make e... read more

From the receptionists, lab and Xray techs, health technicians and nurses, pharmacists, they all show their great concern, service with a smile!!! My PCP is very intelligent and knowledgable of my medical issues. He listens to my concerns, explains and discuss his plans for me and allows me to participate in decision making. Made an appointment, showed up, there is no appointment. Call center mix up i suppose. Can i call northgate PMC directly for appointment next time and skip this "call center" thing?
