Can never get in to see my Primary care physician, Dr. Shirley Chen so I don't bother anymore! Don't understand why we have a PCP when we are always told she is booked and we have to see someone else. I have had several PCP at PacMed, Dr. Chen is by far the best with Dr. Fu being about the worst! It's sad when you go into see a pain specialist and are told you are wasting her time!
