Check in was a little impersonal. I wasn't able to remain still for entire time due to pain and claustrophobia -back staff was very compassionate and supporting.
Dr. Venema was so understanding and quick to diagnosing what was wrong. Really put my mind at rest. Within days MRI was scheduled and ct scan, Brian was so comforting as I admit I was quite scared. He reassured me through the whole process. I have been to other medical facilities where I felt like I was just a number. Here you are someone they care about and they make it known. Thank you Dr. Venema and Brian �.
Made an appointment, showed up, there is no appointment. Call center mix up i suppose. Can i call northgate PMC directly for appointment next time and skip this "call center" thing?
This is a great place to go for medical care. It seems like I can get everything done at one time because there are so many different departments. My old doctor was good but she was always having to send me a referral to do anything I needed to do. And I also really like my doctor!
I want to specifically call out Dr. Elisabeth Ware- my Mom and I have seen her for a few years now and she is excellent. She is patient, kind and very knowledgable. I highly recommend Dr Ware.
Dishonest, unethical, misleading company and doctor! This is to report medical billing FRAUD by Pacific Medical Center and DR. ALEXANDER M HAMLING. Took my son for his annual wellness check-up, which is free. Dr Hamling removed a small sliver from my sons hand (one of those easily removed by a parent with a tweezer). We then got a bill referencing "Surgical Procedure" totaling over $1,000 and a charge to us of $435!
