To all that goes to Pac Med clinics, stop going to them, they have the most unreliable service and customer service is a joke. I had a Dr appointment with the Canyon Park Pac Med clinic yesterday and they had no power for some reason and its funny everyone else in that area had power. Anyway, appointment was at 7 am and staff did not start to show up until 10 till, some lady talked to me in main lobby after was let in by some person. My family has been with PacMed for 35 years and I find it to be the best healthcare available. Dr. Ivanjack, Dr. Yuen and Dr. Hamling are the best providers in the area. We've always received top notch care and the doctors are very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I would recommend PacMed to everyone and anyone!
Dr. Hall refused to run a strep test for my very sick, 5 year old son. We ended up having to take him to the ER the next day and he tested positive for strep. Had she done the simple swab test, we could have gotten him started on antibiotics sooner and would have saved us a trip to the ER.

My original Doctor Dr. Ashley Hamilton quit for some reason so I was scrambling to find a replacement. I chose Dr Shalini Nair. What a mistake that was. She was extremely judgemental of me and my needs and problems. Medications that I have taken for over 10 years were deemed not neccessary and she refused to refill them which added to my stress wondering how I was going to continue with the medications that have worked so well for me over a long period of time. The doctors are great. The Nurses and MA's are great, the front desk people are great! Have been coming to PacMed for 35 years! They care about you! Join a great group!
My daughter is undergoing infusion treatments there. I was impressed with the attentive staff and care she's receiving.
