A well-oiled machine. This gym has awesome staff, good, working equipment and a well maintained overall facility. Very affordable membership and flexibility. I love it here.
Seen a lot of changes, all for the better. New ellipticals, cable machines and free weights. Have a choice between air conditioning and a sweat shop. Much improved over when it was a Golds.
